Nov10 I had another flat tire this morning. The book was okay, but a bit hard to understand for me. One of the things that stuck with me is the fact that she not only writes about ailments being a reflection of your inner world, but that the condition of you car does the same. So I looked up what flat tires mean and this is what it says: Tires-Flat Left front: A fear has stopped you being in charge of your Spiritual direction.

Her suggested remedy is to say affirmations to change our thought patterns, and therefore change the problems in our life. Having said that, what Louise Hay terms "thoughts" in her book, Heal Your Body A-Z, are actually emotions and feelings, and she lists the emotional causes of different physical problems that she has found.

Therefore I recommend this book as a helpful resource for discovering what might be the emotional cause of your physical problem, to give you some help in accessing and releasing the underlying emotion. I find the explanations quite difficult to relate to in The Body is the Barometer of the Soul, so personally have only found that of limited help to me.
